SHIPPING

Thanks for checking in on our shipping and return policies.  We do our absolute best to get orders out as soon as humanly possible to our super awesome customers! 

Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days, but on occasion it could be up to 8.  If you need help checking on an order, beyond the tracking info provided - just shoot us a message at info@jokesonyouthreads.com with your order number and any pertinent info.  We will do our best to help!

RETURNS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

If you notice any issues on your order please send an email to info@jokesonyouthreads.com - we may ask you for pictures of the issue to verify and submit to our supplier.

Please provide: your order number, name, date the order was received and any issues associated with the order.

Issues of unclaimed shipments or returned shipments are the liability of the customer, and you could be on the hook for the cost of additional shipment if required.  We will fix all issues regarding defects and misprints at our own expense, but we cannot be liable for sizing issues as each shirt is marked with specific measurements to avoid issue.
